I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it.
