While I appreciate having access to healthcare at this practice, I do have concerns about the way appointments are managed and the overall approach to patient care. Firstly, it is difficult to build continuity as I am often required to see whichever doctor is available. This means I have to repeat my history at each appointment, which can be frustrating and inefficient. For the majority of my life,this place has been my doctors. I've seen some fantastic drs over the years. (Dr.Williams,Dr.Ruby,Dr.Timothy and Dr.Revell) The majority of staff that I've encountered have been lovely and helpful. I've not ever had too much difficulty in getting an appointment too. A while back, I had a negative experience with a dr however, it was resolved quickly and professionally by the manager. I have recently visited the centre a number of times due to a motorcycle accident. I must say the service has been very impressive! The reception team are proactive and helpful. I also wanted to take a moment to recognise Dr Eirlys Williams, she has been very helpful, even when the centre is busy She still took her time to make sure my issues had been dealt with thoroughly. Thanks again to all the team!
