I have been working with Jaelyn for nearly 5 years both on my personal home and on client's homes. I can't say enough good things about his cabinets, accent walls, and team. They are the only woodwork company I will recommend! Great company! Great craftsmanship! Always happy clients.
Jaelyn is a nice guy, pleasant to talk to and does good work, we are overall satisfied with the cabinets he made for our home. My criticism is in the communication.. he’s very hard to communicate with. Doesn’t answer the phone, or texts and generally doesn’t get back to you for weeks after numerous attempts to connect. There are 2 small issues that still need to addressed - I’m sure he’ll eventually fix them, just shouldn’t take 5 months to do so.
Called and left 3 messages. Never got a call back. Not sure if they are even in business
