After Dr. Kuhen retired, Dr. Cabi took over my care. He was rude and instead of helping me get better, I feel as if he was experimenting on me to see how sick I would get. He refused to give me the medicine that has been proven to work for my problem because he said he didn't like it. When I asked about procedures to treat my problem he responded " I don't know how to do that" nor does any of my partners " Informed him that I would not be returning. its a meat market ,they are NOT interested getting your test results back to you in a timely manner ,Doctor Rai rushed the endoscopy and then after a scheduled phone call hadn't bothered looking at the results calls back to tell me the process has to be done OVER again ,but instead hands me to another doctor because he didn't like my portal comments and after three months of run around and no portal responses I decided to file a complaint and move on to a more professional team

Totally rude support there. Had a recent Colonoscopy and the follis up was to be a Teledoc appointment and just did that and for 50 dollars was online less then five minutes to keep getting cut off when I tried to tell them they had already told me the results and person didn’t care to listen and kept cutting me off. . Do not use this doctor office. There are plenty of other doctors that can do the same thing. Looking into seeing if possible we can take legal action against them as the person was also a racist.

I am left worrying about my last colonoscopy which was skeptical to say the least. I really like the doctor Dr. Manolakis, but however, I am a 65 1/2 yo woman and this is the first time I have been left after the procedure w/o pictures, so I don’t know if I have polyps or not. When I asked for copies of the inside of my colon, they handed me a copy of a colon that was drawn from the internet, which was cartoon like not any pictures of the inside of my colon. I had occasion to visit the Borland-Groover clinic in Nocatee in December 2022. I have to say that Dr. Navas was a breath of fresh air. He was caring, listened to my concerns, was very professional, and quickly earned my trust. Dr. Navas' nurse, Robert, helped me sort through some issues getting some issues resolved in scheduling a procedure.....most helpful!
