Mr. Willeford is a nice guy, but he is a nurse practitioner. Not a doctor.
After driving three hours to what used to be my amazing Dr I was scolded for reasons out of my control....I guess the fact you can't keep front office personnel should be a good indicator of the type of Dr I would get.....shocked and embarrassed by his attitude.
All around great experience. Carl and his staff were polite and attentive. Got me in and out quicker than expected. I was treated like family and Carl made sure all my questions were answered leaving me with little to no concerns moving forward. Very knowledgeable and always there to answer my calls and questions. Highly recommend.
