waited an hour in the waiting room. i watched 7 people get called before me even though i was there first. after about half an hour i went to the receptionist (who was the only helpful person) and asked why i wasn’t getting called back. she said that she would check. about 10 minutes later a nurse came to do the preliminary exam stuff. she was rude and had a terrible bedside manner. then i was taken to yet another waiting room (this time in a hallway) where a bunch of people were waiting. mind you, there are about 10 people ... read more
Their customer service is ridiculous! Can never get anyone to answer the phone. The wait in the lobby is over an hour after your set appointment time. And there is definitely not enough parking spaces.
Visiting from out of town, woke up with severe pain and fogging in my left eye. Walked in, they were able to squeeze me in within half an hour for a full work up to ensure no infection and loaded me up with eye drops, a prescription and follow-up appointment just to be safe. I was fit as a fiddle within 24 hours. Staff is phenomenally friendly. I wish I wasn’t 6 hours away from home, they’d be my new optometrist.
Unimpressed! Son had an eye emergency. Called this place and they told us come in right away and he can be seen....as my son sat in pain, blood filling his eyeball, crying.......for an HOUR....ended up walking out without being seen. (As I went to ask what was taking so long, no one was around, no receptioniat, no nurse) We were there so long the building was locked.
