I had an issue with a new water heater under warranty. Michael D. came out replaced the breaker, checked wiring connections and everything else that could be an issue. He came out on a Saturday within a couple hours after my call. It turned out to be an issue with the heater itself. Michael went up and above to do everything possible to fix the situation. He is a huge asset to Willco Company and I definitely recommend the company that may be in need of their services.
After two years in my brand new home the wiring to my HVAC system is faulty and it's not covered and in order for them to come out and inspect it they want to charge me $175 because they have to drive 1hr to me, when they are currently in my area everyday. I can't wait to cancel everything i have with this company they are the worst from day ONE.
First impression of this company already not good. I’m in a new construction home and my brand new dryer is not working due to the outlet. Serval outlets in my kitchen do not work either. As a first time home owner this is very stressful. Now my appt has been rescheduled and we were not offered a sooner appt. I understand emergencies but I felt as if we should have been seen as a priority as well. *UPDATE* They came to our home and fixed the situation. Although it was a process our dryer outlet and kitchen outlets work now.
Ok overall this company is not bad but having them for 2 years 2 months it has not been the fastest in response or customer service. I think Willco Electric service wise with installation does a good job. The prices however are considerably higher than other larger companies that have faster service. For 1 replacement camera they said $360.00, this is incredibly expensive. To cancel my service is $480 So I think I will go that route because these cameras are not the best quality and go out often.
