★☆☆☆☆ I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. New Contruction Builds Beware!!!!! I am dealing with an electrical issue in a brand-new home(6 Months). The HVAC contractor has already been out, inspected the system, and determined the issue is electrical. The outdoor unit continues to lose power due to a breaker-related problem. Jessel took great care of everything that he did for us. He was straightforward to the point and very professional he would explain everything whenever we had questions and was always on time. I definitely recommend. We appreciate everything he did.

This company is the definition of sales first with no appreciation once the customer has signed up. When I originally signed up for the alarm system they were fast to respond and quick to get the service set up (my home purchase was already prewired and had the hardware so not much was needed on their end). After 6 months we decided to go another direction and at this point I had no complaints. I called to cancel service and they told me I needed to send an email with the information and request. The security system is garbage. We went with this company thinking their cameras would be better than the store bought cameras but it’s not. When you get a notification that someone is at your house, the app is terrible about loading the cameras to let you see what’s going on. We are just waiting for our contract to end so we can get with a more reliable company.
