Terrific business! I wish there were more like Willco.
Paul was great. Just have an issue with the markup on the replacement part. Karen did a good job by helping to apply some discounts to reduce the cost.
William Rodriguez provided an excellent service!
It was very productive and professional service. Not only he made the necessary repairs but also adjusted my water softener and walked me thru the process. Great service and I will ask for him next time when there is the time to service my heating system.
