I was very impressed with this service. I told him that he made my day, and he did. He removed a really bad stain in my bedroom and left my carpet looking great.
Willard’s was awesome, I needed a quick turn around on cleaning of my rental property and he was able to work my home in with a cancellation! Super grateful. He was very responsive and kept me informed through the process of the cleaning since I was not in town. Even sent me pictures. I was very comfortable through the process. Will definitely use this company again in the future!
We had a mysterious odor in a bedroom which we had narrowed down to the carpet. Mr. Willard was extremely accommodating to our tight timeframe after my initial contact with him to get us scheduled to clean the carpet and deodorize the room. While he was here, I asked him if he could try to clean a stain in another room that we had tried every product on the market to remove without success.
