They have always been direct, fair and honest. My family has been taking cars there for over 20 years now and they are absolute best.
I called and talked to a girl and she said my truck was to old to work on it!? I have an 1988 gmc jimmy with a 350 v8 probably the most basic engine to work on. I was very disappointed due to the fact I know. a lot of people that use them and they have older trucks to I guess they just fdidnt want the money o well. I figured a mechanic shop could fix simple things but I guess these guys can't. go to all pro automotive
Billy at Willard's is a great guy. He's always looking for ways to save you money and tells you when something should be done now or you can wait. He also gives you alternatives like aftermarket or rebuilt parts versus new manufacturer parts. Very happy with the service although the receptionist can be a little testy.
