No service. The owner promised night before you provide service on 9 am next morning, but no mechanic was available. Only teenager was at front desk with the response "I didn't know" and "come later". I left my phone number, but nobody called me to come. Spent night outside campground but didn't get service to estimate what is going on with my trailer. Common!
Needed help with a trailer wheel bearing on our trip to Alaska. These folks were friendly and got us back on the road quickly at a good price. We would return for their service if we ran into trouble in the area again.
They have had my vehicle for five months because they keep Prioritizing tourist over the locals that live here even though when they got my vehicle, it wasn’t even tourism season it was march. Every single time my husband calls they tell us they’re working on it. They just need to replace the belt. They just need to do this. They just need to do that but nothing is getting done. Disappointing and unprofessional! I contacted this towing company because their website clearly says 24-hour service, but when I called for help last night, I was refused service. The person who answered was rude and disrespectful, and made it clear they had no intention of helping even though I was stranded and chose them specifically for their advertised 24/7 availability. If you’re not actually open 24 hours, don’t advertise it. Completely unreliable!
