They Fixed my car great but Since; They Fixed it my engine light keeps Coming on now I’m going bring my car now to my mechanic when I drop off my vehicle to get repaired my engine light was not on at all; and phyllis makes excuses like really no this isn’t a insurance issue I only brought door and side Wing to be fixed this completely unnecessary and unacceptable businesses practice worse company ever don’t ever use them to fix any damage on vehicles….
Phyllis and Jay are great. They are fast, efficient, and get the job done. They made the whole process so easy and the car came out spectacular. They are a Quincy staple, for sure. Good people and good work. Highly recommended.
Was rear-ended in a parking lot and, after the insurance estimate, took my car to Willard Street Collision Auto for the repair work. There are not enough words of praise to describe my experience! It’s hard for me to separate my experiences, this was a hit and run repair setup by MAPFRE. The entire experience was a nightmare, but as far as Willard Street goes, they quoted and replaced just the bumper and then called me and asked if the airbag light was on, I said not when I brought it in. They then had to reopen another incident to handle the seat. Now my car rattles and sounds like a loose aluminum car is jammed in the wheel well somewhere and MAPFRE and Willard is fine with it. They appeared on top of their game. Will know more when vehicle is fixed. Although they mentioned vehicle was only authorized second hand replacement parts. I was it while stopped second hand my assets.
