Excellent comfort in a historic period home with an attentive delicious breakfast service and housekeeping delivered as promised. We were very comfortable during our 3 nights in air-conditioned comfort during a hot September week. We found the visit spent in and around Nauvoo completely enjoyable while accommodated in the home. Historic house in Nauvoo made into a bed and breakfast. Delightful hosts, great breakfasts. Service was excellent. The hosts are very responsive to questions. The middle floor rooms looked more spacious; all the rooms are a little different and you should check the inn's website and call them if you are wondering which bedroom to choose. What can I say about the Willard Richard's Inn that hasn't already been said? The hospitality was world class, the inn keepers were so kind and took so much time to explain the significance of different parts of the building, the people who lived there and early Nauvoo. Beautifully restored 1840's home with additions added in late time periods. Rooms are decorated in period motifs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
