My mom keeps getting the run around from the secretary to the surgeon. After months of dealing with an unclear diagnosis, there’s still no plan as to what they are going to do. I’m truly disappointed with Canadian healthcare.
I am pleased to thank Dr. Willard and the entire work team of the Welland Hospital, for the treatment received and the professionalism of everyone in the surgical procedure that I was patient with. I appreciate all the help during my stay at your facilities.
