We have been doing business with Willard for years, always a pleasure.
This company is a danger and operates in a grossly irresponsible manner. I had a near miss incident that occurred this past Tuesday involving one the drivers, as well as an unprofessional interaction I had with a shipping manager following the incident. While driving toward the 495 exit 170B, I was in the far-right lane next to a tall concrete retaining wall.
