Mice infested, maintenance is lazy and will not do anything 100% thorough. There was roaches when i moved in, three years later mice have eaten through holes and maintenance jokes about it. Exterminator does nothing but throw poison and leave. There has been a bathroom leak for ever. 311 is my last resort.
