Sat Aug 8th I don’t get my blood drawn often and I asked the nurse some practical questions and she responded by being condescending and belittling me with “have you never got your blood drawn before?” That’s not how you talk to patients. I was sincere with my questions. I didn’t have any attitude in my voice nor was I rushing her or implying she wasn’t doing good enough.
