I came to Willapa Harbor Hospital for a with/without contrast CT scan of my left foot. During the scheduling process on the phone I explained that I'm a hard stick for the IV and that I've had some actuate kidney injuries in the past. My boyfriend had a seizure and was suffering from postictical psychosis. A condition where the patient is unaware and blacks out while having delusions and hallucinations. Almost any hospital would know to monitor, a use restraints, especially if the patient was delusional. He had more siezues in the hospital. He was afraid and attacked the staff because he wasn't restrained. This hospital is 100 percent liable for their patients and it was due to their sheer negligence!
