I have a loved one who was seen here for some court mandated evals. He is a gentle, kindhearted man, who saught out care from willepa to meet court mandates. His first eval resulted in a valid diagnosis that he has taken to heart and acted on working through. That guy, was timely and efficient. The second one was done last year. We are nearly half way through the next year, and Willapa's lack of communication, and not taking calls has cost us a ton of money and heartbreak in court as it is seen as a lack of follow through. I originally saw Robin, who overmedicated me and minimized everything I tried to say, while telling me she wanted to be my prescriber and therapist—and giving me a long laundry list of diagnosis and medications. She is no longer with Willapa. Cheryl took her place. When I returned to see Cheryl, it was a completely different experience. She cut me off when I tried to tell her my story and said, "I'm not a therapist." I have a loved one in the care of the people at WBH. They have been a wonderfully compassionate, caring and a professional team to deal with. They have not only given our loved one hope, relief, respect and direction…in turn they have done so for our family. I could not be more thankful to them for what they do and how they do it. PLEASE! Keep up the great work. You are SO NEEDED. ❤️

It's mediocre at best, but I disagree a lot with their politics. Have had to get swapped around so much for med providers.
