I received the parts, but it was a very slow delivery one came and received an e-mail saying that the Stem was delayed. that was delivered weeks later. The one part I installed and was able to get the tub working for the time being, till the other part arrived. One I received the part I installed it and it wouldn't work, not sure if I received the right part or not. so now They want me to return the part and pay for shipping again, send them pictures of part and packaging and once they get it, they inspect it and if it passe... read more
