Founded in 1983 by Oregon native Jim Bernau, Willamette Valley Vineyards has grown from a bold idea into one of the region’s leading wineries, earning the title “One of America’s Great Pinot Noir Producers,” from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. All of the vineyards have been certified sustainable through LIVE and Salmon-Safe programs. Additionally, Willamette Valley Vineyard was the first winery in the world to use cork certified through the Rainforest Alliance to FSC® standards.

Great wine. Beautiful view. Love the place!
My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I attended the Solar Eclipse viewing event. When we arrived at 4:30am, we were greeted by smiling staff and the most organized parking area with fire pits, coffee and pastries. The viewing area was on a sloped hill, behind the winery, with beautiful views of vineyards and mountains. The entire event was an incredible experience. Wine tasting, food, entertainment and a total eclipse of the sun!!
The eclipse viewing and after party was amazing! Everything was completely thought out and came off wonderfully from the greeting when we drove in at 5:45 to the viewing area to the after party! Thank you all soo much for making this a memorable event !!!!!!
We attended their Eclipse event. It was well organized and the wine , music and the viewing location was excellent!
Thanks to Owner Jim Bernard for opening his doors to 1200 of his closest friends for yesterday's eclipse. The countless staff worked tirelessly throughout the weekend. Hats off to Wendy who should sleep for the next two days to catch up. Oh and the wine is outstanding!
We experienced the total eclipse of 2017 here with family and were so impressed by how well it was orchestrated and how friendly and lively the staff was from 3:30 AM until we left much later in the afternoon. We love spending time out there and this event made us all the more happy with the staff and venue. Thank you
