Founded in 1983 by Oregon native Jim Bernau, Willamette Valley Vineyards has grown from a bold idea into one of the region’s leading wineries, earning the title “One of America’s Great Pinot Noir Producers,” from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. All of the vineyards have been certified sustainable through LIVE and Salmon-Safe programs. Additionally, Willamette Valley Vineyard was the first winery in the world to use cork certified through the Rainforest Alliance to FSC® standards.

We met a Special Ambassador of WVV in the McMinnville Tasting room —Kaila PETERSON who was filing in for the day on Tuesday. She invited the four (4) of us to a Private Tour & Tasting in the Club Room, which we enjoyed on Thursday @ 11AM on our way to the next Hotel sight for tastings. She is THE BEST & is Army and is a fantastic AMBASSADOR & excellent employee representing your Winery. KUDOS Kaila fm the Gebicke’s & Hillmuth’s!!!
