Will be a loyal customer forever. Our kitchen sink wasn’t draining and Louis was out within a couple of hours to solve our problem! He was clean, quick, and checked on other sinks in the home to make sure we were all good before leaving. His calm and professional demeanor made myself and my dog feel very safe with him in the home. Highly recommend giving Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain your business.

We had a problem with our washer drain pipe. Dillon came over, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable price. Cheerful and professional.

One of my kids flushed a shampoo bottle cap and plugged the toilet. No amount of plunging and augeriing would get it out. So I called Willamette Valley Sewer & Drain. Dillon responded and had to take the stool out of the floor and extract the cap from the back side. I appreciated his fast, friendly, and professional service. I saved the cap and left it in the sink next to the toilet planning to talk to the kids about it when they got home from school. Incredibly, before I could do that, one of them flushed the cap again! Dylan came and helped to clear our drain within 2 days after calling, he was quick and efficient after we had dealt with horrible other plumbers. Would definitely recommend!
