One of my kids flushed a shampoo bottle cap and plugged the toilet. No amount of plunging and augeriing would get it out. So I called Willamette Valley Sewer & Drain. Dillon responded and had to take the stool out of the floor and extract the cap from the back side. I appreciated his fast, friendly, and professional service.
