Was Christmas Eve and my basement had flooded from a backed up drain line. DIY was not solving this problem. I didn’t figure anyone would come out on Christmas Eve and was leaving a message, when Dylan picked up the phone. He came right out. The clog was more than 40 feet out from the drain line, and I have an older home that added to the challenge, but by 8 o’clock that evening, plumbing was restored, and we had a great Christmas. Dylan was caring, considerate, and beyond competent.

Awesome experience! We had prompt and super friendly service. Our main sewage pipe was unclogged, and our clean out fixed that we broke at a very reasonable price. I highly highly recommend Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain!

Highly recommend! We had our main sewer line blocked and had to shut down our business but Dylan made sure to get it done immediately so we didn’t have to close for more days, and found us ways to save money. I would give 10/5 stars if I could

Louis arrived on time as scheduled. He got right to the job of scoping my sewer line for inspection. He showed me as he ran to the junction where my line meets my shared wall neighbors line, then all the way to the street. It was all clear without any clogging. I had the scope done because of wet wipe usage. Bravo to Louis Arbuckle for his honest work and professional manner of educating me along the process. 10 STARS!
