Louis arrived on time as scheduled. He got right to the job of scoping my sewer line for inspection. He showed me as he ran to the junction where my line meets my shared wall neighbors line, then all the way to the street. It was all clear without any clogging. I had the scope done because of wet wipe usage. Bravo to Louis Arbuckle for his honest work and professional manner of educating me along the process. 10 STARS!

Dylan came out with short notice and fixed a difficult sewer clog at my home in silverton. He was knowledgeable , professional, and worked hard in the sun for several hours to get it opened up. 10/10 would recommend

We are building a new home after the old one was demolished. The old sewer line needed inspection so we called Williamette valley sewer and drain. Dylan was prompt and thorough. Dylan provided exceptional service! An outside company busted my sewer line and he helped me navigate through the process of getting them to repair it. He has integrity and prides himself on honesty and hard work. His work is as superior as his values. He answers his calls, arrives promptly, and returns if needed to address any issues.
