Willamette Valley Pump These folks are very helpful when it comes to irrigation problems. They recognize the immediate need to the problem and seem to have good stock available. This saves having to wait for a part to be ordered when time is important. I appreciate their attitude when it comes to watering.
Horrible service I called for a quote and was immediately subjected to the most rude and unprofessional behavior by the owner. He was completely out of line, belligerent, and unwilling to assist with a quote. I was completely upfront with him about my role soliciting a bid for an elementary school, and he argued with me and wouldn't listen to our needs. I would NEVER use or recommend him or WVP for any project.
Thank You I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your concern and attention as well as your prompt service in taking care of replacing my well pump. It seems that good customer service is a rarity in this day and age and I want you to know that I truly appreciate your service.
