The hygienist was rude, adversarial, and sarcastic. I asked her what part of my child's mouth showed signs of poor cleaning and enamel loss, to which she replied "did the doctor show you? well then I guess you CAN'T see, can you? When I asked her to tell me again, she asked if I knew the terms for the surfaces of the human tooth, implying that I was too ignorant for her to tell me!
