First time to use Processor service…..and what a relief! We spoke by phone and Jerry was extremely helpful and professional, explained the process and pricing. The next day, he filed forms with courthouse and served notice….. I received an e mail confirmation with photos and attachments. All done! Hoping I never need to go through this again, but if I do I know who to call!
UPDATE: Jerry responded only after this review was posted. He is threatening that if I do not remove this HONEST review he will not "consider" my refund as previously promised. NOT RECOMMENDED! Email states: "The bad review does not help. Retract if you want me to consider the refund. Jerry Sent from my iPhone". The beginning of the process went decently well. Called from out of state and these people are the absolute best! Amazing communication and response time. I would highly recommend their services! Thank you!
Jerry said they were fast. He had two weeks and guess what? He didn't serve the person until the day before court and it didn't get recorded in time. I NEVER received return phone calls or emails, and when I'd check in he had no idea who I was. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. One star because you can't leave ZERO.
