Dr. Ackerman is the best! Extremely competent, great with patients, super responsive, highly empathetic, and she has vast knowledge of which local playground equipment causes the most child injuries :). We are so thankful for her care of our children.

I saw Dr. Thomas in mid September after dislocating my knee. He asked if I dislocated my kneecap and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about like it isn't extremely obvious when you dislocate your knee, especially since I had previously and already had ACL repair at this same clinic. I was in an extreme amount of pain and could barely walk and couldn't bend my leg and my foot was swollen and purple (blood from tearing obviously). Wouldn’t recommend giving them any personal information about you especially you ssn. They sent me preregistration with my whole ssn that easily could’ve been stolen or lost for anyone to take.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Reins. I’ve been his patient for almost year now after suffering a knee injury. My experience with him has been great. He is always willing to listen to what you have to say. He will explain every form of treatment and let you decide what’s next. After my surgery, at each post- op appointment he would reassure me and was always optimistic about my treatment and recovery.

I do not recommend dr Thomas for older patients. Went in to make sure a fracture was healing & check all x-rays. When checking her wrist he did a carpal tunnel test that made her scream & held it that way. Now she has a swollen hand wrist & cannot use it. We did not ask about carpal tunnel surgery & she is 90! Be more thoughtful about who your patients are or stop practicing.
