Kim is wonderful and knowledgeable. Five stars for her. However, we could not get the computer visit to work. We ended up doing this on our cell phones instead. Two stars for that. Today, I see you have sent me a bill. So far, I have entered my preferred card info three times and info on another card. Your system doesn't like the expiration date or security code without me inputting the identical info again. Now that it looks good to go, your system says it's not working tight now.
