They were working on apartment across the street and blew leaves across the street to our side. They also left a pile of leaves in the street on the side of the complex. City of Eugene doesn't want leaves in the street at least for another month when they will pick them up from the street. Most workers I see working on yards around campus pick up the leaves and haul them away. We have five buildings in the area, and we have plenty of our own leaves of our own. We are not happy.
