Very LGBTQ+ friendly, everyone is super polite and competent.
Lacey and the staff are amazing. We in the Trans community have so few options to help us achieve our transition goals. Her commitment to our community is exceptional and she goes as far out of her way as she can to help. Transition is not fast and I consider her a trusted and safe friend and the most supportive atmosphere I have been in. Wish we could clone her 100 times. Jo Em
Please do not go here for electrolysis. I have gotten anesthetized electrolysis at least 5 times here and not once did I have a good experience. Scheduling was always a nightmare, my skin was left damaged and scarred, and Lacey always found ways to blame me for it. Often saying I wasn't consuming enough water prior to treatments despite me basically drinking water nonstop for days leading up to the appointments.
