Several reasons for 5 stars: customer service was professional courteous and prompt. Corey kept me informed throughout the process. What I really appreciate is how a business responds when there is an unexpected issue. I came back in to pick up a new gas cap. An issue with a part previously installed was found when the gas cap alert was cleared and arrangements were made to get the car back in immediately, at no secondary charge. This alert could easily have just been cleared and swept under the rug to cause me issues later ... read more
