I would recommend Willamette Restoration to anyone. We had extensive water damage to our bathroom, which was covered by an insurance claim, plus needed a tub converted to a walk-in shower due to health issues, which was self-pay. Byron worked with us on every detail, stayed within our budget, advocated for the insurance company to cover more than the adjuster had originally quoted, answered every question, organized every phase of the work and kept us informed. Willamette Restoration went above and beyond restoring our home, finished the project within their promised timeframe, and left our house looking better than it did prior to the fire. We never thought the terrible smell in the house would go away, and Willamette worked so hard, even repainting and cleaning after the smell was gone. Willamette Restoration Services performed above my highest expectations. Their team, starting with Kurt handling the insurance, permitting and business aspects; Byron coordinating the host of specialized craftsman;Tony leading the framing crew; the asbestos mitigation crew; the electricians, painters and drywall crew all performed exceptionally. Working with Willamette Restoration is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. We were out of a home for almost a year when it was first stated that it would be four months. Their communication during this time was awful and full of lies. We would walk through the house and talk about fixes and they would write down nothing. They would speak over anything you said and completely disregard you. The work on the remodel is poor quality. I had an extensive water leak at my house. My insurance adjuster mentioned Willamette Restoration doing water damage work so I thought I'd give them a call. Russ got back to me right away we set up a time for him to come check out the damage. They started on the project quickly, keeping me informed every step of the way.
