The staff is the greatest! We all live it here!
Don't believe it - if you are considering this place get absolutely everything in writing. We were promised that if we moved into a tiny studio apartment that there would a one bedroom available that would be totally refurbished in a couple months so we paid the community fee and moved in. Ooops - a few weeks later we were informed that we were not first on the list for that apartment and that the date of the refurbishment was unknown. This place is unlike any other. The residents and the staff together form such a welcoming community and it's all wrapped up in a gorgeous location along the Willamette River. Working here is a pleasure and I cannot wait to retire here myself. I couldn't recommend living (or working) here more. Truly a gem.
