Going to Willamette Family, not once but twice were the 2 best decisions I've ever made. I now have 21 months clean and sober. I didn't think I would ever be able to say I am an Alcoholic but I no longer drink. Being there and getting all that support and love and kindness is truly what saved my life. Ive been wanting to say this for awhile the day I graduated my counselor looked at me and said "you will never make it" im very quite not everyones recovery is the same. Im ONE of the very few who are still clean and havent relapsed. Im a CNA have worked in home care for 5 years. I have a house, a car, food, my kids and a wonderful husband who is a security guard. And to think Margaret said I would never make it or succeed. Im grateful for my recovery and the chance to see were I never want to be again.
This place has completely changed my life for the better and I'm so grateful for that!!!
