first-time patient. went in for a clean , all I got was an exam. then they told me I had a couple teeth that had plaque under the gums, and that I needed deep cleaning, at a cost of $94 per quadrant. I told them I would like to put it off and just get my teeth cleaned. they refused to do any more work, unless I paid them $200 for a deep clean. the dentist sounded a little bit like a car salesman trying to upsell his products. sounds very unethical to me. I'm thinking of waiting a year so I can change insurance companies.

RecommendedCalled this morning and was able to book 2 appts at Tualatin. Dr.Smith and Dental Assistant, Fiona were amazing, my son's appt wasn't until 1pm but they made an effort to see him right after my husband's appt at 10am. From the front desk to back office everything ran smoothly. Thank you for making this dental experience pleasant!!
RecommendedThe kindest people and so gentle. The best and I will miss them, starting in 2020 they will no longer be taking Oregon health insurance. I'm so sad
