Very easy to schedule with. Prompt on time when they said they would. Kept everything very clean inside the house annd very professional. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family.
I hired Willamette Chimney to come out and inspect and clean my chimney for safety reasons. Colin was able to come out earlier in the day than planned (which I appreciated) and did a great job of explaining things. He didn't overcharge and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done. I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Willamette Chimney.
Cliff was great to work with! He was very prompt in getting back to me, gave a reasonable and thorough estimate and even though I didn't hire him for that particular job, I immediately turned around and hired him to inspect the house's other chimney. He explained everything, showed me where the issues lay and went over a variety of options. He's honest and straightforward and I look forward to working with him in a few years when the other chimney gets replaced!
