i love the service at this carwash! I've had a subscription there for a couple of years and just recently decided to cancel the subscription as a means of saving money. I cancelled in December, but I was charged again in January. I went in again to see if it could be refunded and cancelled, but the manager was not there. My wife and i have called multiple times with no luck in getting ahold of the manager to sort this out.
Inconsistent at best. I only go here out of convenience during winter. I recommend inspecting the car during the hand dry, which is basically someone just wiping down 3/4 the windows before the next car is up. The entire back of my SUV didn't look like any dirt came off and the bottom of ALL my doors still had significant streaking/dirt left. I ended up cleaning at home instead of going back and waiting another 10+ minutes.
Friendly young men at both ends of the wash. Respectful, courteous, and both did good work! Most people don’t know that the most important part of getting your car washed is getting it dried properly. At Willamette Car Wash, they do and dry by hand!
