I took in a gold chain to see if they could repair a broken clasp. Not only did they do it right away in no more than 5 minutes, but they didn't charge me!
I normally hate to leave reviews like this, but I think it's for the best. I brought in my gold chain—one I bought over a decade ago—with the idea of having something new made from the gold, since I no longer wear it. I walked in, explained, and handed over the chain. The woman assisting me took it to examine under their machine to check the gold karat.
