One of the receptionists spoke in a very demeaning way and was persistently hassling me if i had finished the new comer form. The other receptionist noticed her behaviour and decided to help me with my problem.
If you’re sick — no matter how bad it is — do NOT go to Dr. Shivanti. I went there with my child who had a high fever for days, and she showed zero care or concern. Her only words were “take medicine and rest, and come back if it gets worse.” That’s not what a real doctor says. She seemed to care only about money, not patients. Avoid this place at all costs.
Is Dr Shivanti a real doctor? She hates people and doesnt care what your problem is she just says it'll be OK. She just wants the money. Definitely does not care about patients. Highly recommend people not to book with her ever. How is she still at this practice. Just awful
Doctor refused to treat me due to being transgender. Doctor refused to even read about the informed consent model. I wonder if they would also refuse to treat gay people for similarly ideological reasons.
