Brownstone window in old wooden door frame had broken - laminated plate glass. WILL Window gave an estimate on tempered glass with a bevel to match the rest of the glass pieces around the door: first through pictures, then they visited, on time, to measure and confirm the quote. During install, the old 1/4" wood frame was breaking into pieces - we didn't think of this and how to replace this old wood.
