Will is one of the best agents to work with. He was always there to answer any questions, do a showing and always presented houses that met our criteria. He wasn't pushy which I really appreciated. If you are in the immediate need of a house or just looking for a second home, Will is your guy!!! I HIGHLY recommend him.
I couldn't be happier with the experience my family and I had with our realtor, Will Tomb. Will is knowledgeable and genuine, and went waaay above and beyond to make selling our dad's house a breeze. My siblings and I are not in SC and couldn't have gotten through this process without him. I honestly can't recommend him highly enough.
Will helped my father-in-law with the sale of his house. He did an amazing job, and truly went above and beyond! I highly suggest his services for anyone buying or selling in the area.

Will was absolutely amazing in helping sell my dad’s house. He went above and beyond in every way — handling all the details, keeping us informed, and truly caring about making the process smooth for our family. It was clear he wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he genuinely wanted the best outcome for my dad. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication meant so much to us. We’re so grateful for everything he did and would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who treats you like family.
