Great customer service! Every single person in there is super skilled, you can’t go wrong by stopping by and getting the best haircut, steam, or shave you’ve ever had!
My husband has been rescheduled on/cancelled on 3 times in the past week trying to get his haircut. The first reason was because the owner was too busy with work calls. Then he “didn’t make it in” the next time, and finally they changed his third appointment without his knowledge or approval to an appointment 3 hours earlier in the day. This is a very unprofessional way to conduct a business and proves that there is no appreciation or respect for clients time.
Went and got the executive package. I was very happy with the entire experience! Great haircut, shave, and face mask all for a very reasonable price! I’ll be back!
