My son had an appt. At 4:00 pm yesterday with Will Todd. I have to take the toll roads to get there and when I was on the exit at Oakleaf a lady from his shop called and said he didn’t make it into the shop today we need to cancel. You require an hour cancellation notice from your customers but you don’t give them the same courtesy. I got the call 20 min before his apt. So you wasted my time, gas, and toll fees there and back.
