Will was knowledgeable and very helpful. The entire process was smooth and we couldn't be happier.
Not happy with my experience purchasing a home through Will. Was told to have my inspector by his representative on a certain date, the inspector could not fully inspect the house. Radon level was high according to the report and mentioned in the email. Now it’s my responsibility to pay for a mitigation system. Also, the price on the other units were significantly dropped and wouldn’t entertain my request for a lower price.
