This is my go-to gym while I travel in the area. What I love about this gym: - The owner and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The owner is a former professional body builder who is very passionate about what he does. - The gym is very complete in terms of the equipment it has. Also the equipment is cared for and regularly maintained. Incredible gym with super friendly people! All the trainers are very kind and personable. I personally work with Mouss, but Tyler and Joel are great too! Very clean and there's always a machine open. Members are encouraging and friendly. Vo at the front desk is awesome too! 5/5!!!
I’ve been coming here as a guest since 2024 and the staff, owner, Mouss, and trainer Joel have been the most helpful when it comes to training and the overall environment of the people/place is old school but motivating to anyone: from beginners to bodybuilders. Would recommend to anyone to stop by and check them out. I am from out of town but this is my home gym when I am in the Hillsboro area!
