This gym is elite. You can hit all your sets without people getting in the way, everyone is respectful. The owner Sean is a cool dude, he lifts everyone’s day and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. Also, he’s constantly adding to the gym making it that much better/modern.
I was visiting La Mesa for three months and I feel so lucky to have found Stallion Arena Fitness. From the first moment when I walked in the gym and met the owner, Shawn, to now my last day (sadly), I had handsdown the best experience with this gym. Everyone I met was really friendly. I have been coming to this location for many years now. I have seen 3 new owners during my time belonging to this gym, and I have to say.. Sean and the team at Stallion have truly transformed this place into something amazing. The environment is incredible and I feel happy to be at this gym every time I enter. Welcoming experiences, great equipment, they keep it maintained and clean, and they even upgraded the cardio machines!! What a difference. Thank you to the team at Stallion for always being great.
