I’m giving Stallion Fitness La Mesa 3 stars. The gym has potential, but the equipment is very outdated and a lot of it feels like it needs maintenance or replacement. For what they charge, they could really use some meaningful upgrades. The layout of the weight room is also pretty rough. A lot of the equipment is packed together in ways that create constant bottlenecks, especially when the gym gets busy. Great gym. Great vibes. Great equipment
Once you walk in, it can feel intimidating! Tons of REAL equipment with members not half “assing” it like you see in other commercial gyms, but giving it their all! Motivated me to push myself and set new standards for myself! The members there aren’t just members, but a community! On Fridays, a member brings in baked goods for all the patrons. I use this gym for drop-in services on Friday! They have all the equipment that I need for my routine and stays clean. Very friendly staff and gym culture!
This gym is amazing! It has all the equipment you need to get an awesome workout. The staff is even better than the equipment!
