This is the gym you come to when you just want a great workout with great people and no frills. My boyfriend and I recently cancelled our big gym membership after we found this GEM. It is not overly crowded and the atmosphere is what you expect from a great gym community. It isn’t fancy equipment that you have never seen before, but it has the ones you want and need. Great gym has everything you need and never gets to crowded. Staff is friendly and helpful.The staff and owner Sean alway greet you when your come in and are around the gym. The gym has a great community vibe to it.
This gym is elite. You can hit all your sets without people getting in the way, everyone is respectful. The owner Sean is a cool dude, he lifts everyone’s day and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. Also, he’s constantly adding to the gym making it that much better/modern.
I was visiting La Mesa for three months and I feel so lucky to have found Stallion Arena Fitness. From the first moment when I walked in the gym and met the owner, Shawn, to now my last day (sadly), I had handsdown the best experience with this gym. Everyone I met was really friendly.
