Will did a wonderful job repairing the ceilings in my living room and bathroom due to leaks. He responded quickly to my phone call for an estimate and was able to come that same day to look at what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and we set up a date for the project. He arrived on time (actually a little early) but that was fine. He was courteous, respectful and professional. He was neat and tidy. I am very happy with the finished work. It looks great. My kitchen ceiling was cracking terribly over the weekend (not a good time for anyone). I found Will's listing on CraigsList, and he responded to my phone call almost immediately. We scheduled a repair time for later in the week. When the ceiling collapsed completely two days later, Will adjusted his schedule to accommodate this emergency.
