They shouldn’t even get a star. The front desk lady is rude. There has been roach infestation and leasing doesn’t do anything. They say they come out but they don’t do anything. The maintenance never fixes our issues, and the neighbor below me complains about my children. It’s not the same as it use to be, they use to care. Not they just wanna get paid, and if they don’t they want to kick you out but what about fixing what’s broken. Don’t live here, go anywhere else. There are mice and bugs running rampant. They call pest control but since the infestations are throughout the buildings there’s not much they can do. Things break constantly. In my three years here, I had almost every single appliance replaced after weeks-long waits. The buildings are so old they won’t even fix things like windows because of the cost/effort. The power bill is absolutely insane due to things like this that they refuse to handle.
