Will came out to my place and helped me get my mower up and running. He took the extra time to source the right part I was needing and explained everything he was doing/needed to do. His prices were fair and he got everything fixed. He even gave me a heads up on a potential issue with my mower that would be covered by warranty and offered to help me transport my mower to a ariens certified repair center and would only charge for gas. 10/10 would recommend.
