The reception staff are wonderful, but Dr. Will Lee is clearly only focused on money. He did not come across as warm or sincere at all. He asked me to get an MRI and then call him with the results, which I found very strange, because usually it’s the doctor who calls the patient with the results. Cold and insincere. If you want a doctor that will care about you and your loved one, you won't find a drop of empathy or warmth here. Rushes the appointments and barely has the time of the day for you while charging you top dollar.
