I had a small miscommunication with this mechanic, but the way he handled it was absolutely professional and respectful. He stayed calm, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was resolved the right way. That kind of attitude is rare and truly appreciated! I want to sincerely apologize for the confusion, and also say thank you—you're honestly the best mechanic in the area. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommended
